Wow it been a while hasn't it?
I do have an excuse for the past three days...I've had some kind of flu bug.
There go two of my three sick days...
Hopefully I'll be recovered by the weekend and be able to get back out in the garden.
I'm in the middle of building two trellises and installing two other ones. They tell you to install these before you plant the roses...RIGHT!
I am also overwhelmed with the desire to tear up more grass for flower beds...I'll probably end up with the entire side yard grass free.
Works for me!

Tax Day!
I'm so proud of myself this year...I didn't wait until the last minute to file my taxes.
I filed them yesterday! Yes,a whole 24 hours early.
They say the average refund is $2000.00...hmmmm guess I'm below average :(
I spent about nine hours total doing six returns. We owe on three, broke even on two, and got a refund on one...my federal tax return.
Nine hours work just to get money back that I worked once for already!
Our wonderful government at work. Can't they figure out a way to adjust taxes along the way so we are always even?

TOVBlogAbove is the URL for Roger Waggener's "TOVBlog".
Below is my humble review for the "Peer-to-peer Review Project".
"TOVBlog" is first (as the author himself states) not ugly; the layout is clean, uncluttered and orderly. I appreciated the content starting right at the top of the page (NO BANNERS!) using a font large enough to read. My only criticism of the site also lies here also...I found the text difficult to read due to the font color. The site uses a "tone on tone" color scheme, which looks great, but the light font color was a problem for me. Perhaps using the darkest brown you can generate would resolve this issue Roger. Then again this may be a problem only my eyeballs experience.
The content is the BEST feature of TOVBlog, and after all that's the point isn't it. Most of the stories are obscure...they caught and held my attention for some time. Rogers "pre-comments" on the stories are just enough to get you interested in taking a peek at the link.
I'm no writer myself so I won't comment on his writing style or ability.
Besides the font color I'd suggest Roger add Moveable Type's "comment" feature to his blog.
